Designed and Made by Uros Tribeswomen

A handmade bohemian hanging mobile, crafted with love by a family of Uros tribeswomen living on floating grass islands in Lago Titicaca, Peru. These colorful mobiles look great in any room, even as nursery decor. They’re made from locally-harvested rushes – the same rushes used to build the tribe’s islands and homes – then dyed and hand-tied. The floating boats and symbols represent aspects of daily life on the Uros Islands and will add color and charm to your global decor.
