We want you to love your products! If your product does not meet your needs or is unsatisfactory, in most cases we'll gladly issue a full refund, as long as you return the product in its original condition, you contact us or start your return within 15 days of receipt, and the product reaches us within 30 days of receipt. We do not charge shipping on returns, other than as outlined below. Please email us at: customerservice@smithhonig.com if you have any questions before you order. 

There are a few exceptions to our General Return Policy, mostly related to our custom work: 

Cut Fabric: Please note that once our original fabric/yardage is custom cut to fulfill your order, it can not be returned. Please purchase a sample to ensure you'll love your selection.

Wallpaper: Our original wallpaper is produced in small batches and subtle color shifts can occur between dye lots. In order to ensure that each customer receives rolls from identical dye lots, we can't accept returns. Please purchase a sample pack before you buy, to make sure you love your selection.

We highly recommend ordering a fabric or wallpaper sample prior to placing your order. 

Custom, Handmade Rugs: Samples can be ordered and are recommended if you are trying to exact-match a color. (Many customers order without a sample and find the colors are extremely close to what is shown online. But monitors can vary, so if precision matching is needed, please do consider a sample.)

If a custom-made rug is defective or damaged in transit, then our talented rug makers happily process free returns. If, however, the rug doesn't match the space, doesn't fit, or you simply change your mind, then a fee will be incurred for rug returns. Rolled goods like rugs are complicated to ship and this increases with size. Therefore, the return fee is based on the custom-made rug's size, and will be deducted from your refund, as follows: 

3x5 Rug - $30 Return Fee 

4x6 Rug - $40 Return Fee

5x8 Rug - $50 Return Fee

6x9 Rug - $60 Return Fee

8x10 Rug- $150 Return Fee

9x12 Rug - $200 Return Fee

10x14 & 12x15 Rugs CANNOT be returned. Any rugs over 9 feet wide require extensive special handling and can not be returned.

Some items such as melamine dishware and custom-made CocoBella floral arrangements are not returnable, reflecting the policies of these artisan partners.

And lastly, items marked Final Sale are not returnable.
