Vacation Rental near Central Park, NYC
October might be the best time of the year to visit Central Park! And for this Vacation Rental of the Week, we are heading to Harlem…
We’ve found a magnificent townhouse that is perfect for groups, families or even a simple romantic weekend getaway. The space can accommodate up to 9 people.
This New York vacation rental has three bedrooms and two baths, with a total of 2100 comfortable square feet. The living and dining areas are open concept and filled with artistic details.
Current pricing is $378 per night, so if you’re traveling with a group, it works out quite well. The owners will even arrange for airport pickup for an additional fee, if you’d like.
And what’s nearby? The botanical garden, historic churches, cinemas, a library, live theater, museums, a playground, loads of restaurants, The Zoo – and of course, Central Park and it’s festive fall colors.
The exposed brick – (yes, I’m a sucker for it) – in the dining and living areas is especially beautiful. And I love the quirky, colorful upholstery and the contemporary art.
There’s more brick in this loft-style bedroom. You’ll also notice the small daybed. If you’re traveling with a large group or with small children, this can be used for extra sleeping space.
The baths are modern and well-appointed. I love the black tile.
Here’s another bedroom in this lovely holiday home.
And the second bath, with tub and rain head shower.
And the third bedroom features two beds and a charming balcony terrace.
There is more than one small patio in the holiday home, perfect for having your morning coffee and reading the New York Times or planning your itinerary.
