1: Wallpaper on the Ceiling
We’re not sure what could be more creative than placing wallpaper on the ceiling! This space with it’s neutral color palette and touches of poppy red, are paired perfectly with this wallpapered ceiling. Talk about a discussion starter at any dinner!
We are now convinced that every ceiling needs our wallpaper!! Our friend Shelly at ConfettiStyle Interiors recently updated her home office and she let our Bryony Storm Noir wallpaper help kick it up a notch – or two. Talk about drama in all of the right places!! (Please note that for ceiling applications, our peel and stick wallpaper actually needs a bit of glue at the seams, to counteract the weight of the paper and, you know, gravity.) But don’t you think it was worth it!!!
2: Add Wallpaper Around an Unused Fireplace
Note the word, unused! This lovely wallpaper added a pop of interest right where it was needed. What a grand focal point!
3: Line your Stairs with Wallpaper
Hello drama! From a distance to up close and personal, having wallpaper along the staircase will be a pleasure to see, and use, on the daily.
4: Hang Wallpaper in your Glass Cabinets
A peek of patterned wallpaper (Kelly Wearstler’s Channels in black/ivory used here) adds excitement to the back of glass-front cabinets. (You could also do this with solid door cabinets, although you’ll be the only one who gets to enjoy it.)
5: Hang Wallpaper on an Interior Door
We love the idea of adding wallpaper to an interior door! What a great way to add color and pattern to literally any space.
6: Line the Interior of your Closet with Wallpaper
Wow to this wallpaper! We are pretty envious of this fun – and massive! – wallpapered closet!
7: Hang Wallpaper in the Kitchen
From the backsplash and interiors of drawers, to the kitchen island – there are many possibilities lurking in kitchens!
8: Add Wallpaper to a Furniture Piece
Kathy Baugher from Up to Date Interiors transformed this curio cabinet using Velvet Finishes paint and SmithHonig Prosecco Peel and Stick Wallpaper. Covering a piece of furniture with removable wallpaper requires less of a commitment and adds an instant pop of glam!
9: Moulding-Framed Wallpaper
Make wallpaper art by framing off your patterned paper!
Now that we know that we can now hang peel and stick wallpaper in unconventional areas — nothing is safe!
