You will receive an email confirmation when your order has shipped. Orders are shipped through UPS Ground service or the US Postal Service.

In-stock items are generally processed and ready to ship within two business days. Some items, including custom or made-to-order items, may take longer to process.
Shipping days are Monday through Friday. Shipping generally takes less than 5 days, once the product leaves the warehouse, but this can vary with holiday schedules, weather, carriers and global events.

We want you to love your products! If for some reason your product does not meet your needs or is unsatisfactory, we'll gladly issue a refund, as long as you return the product in its original condition, and contact us within 15 days of receipt. To start a return, just email us at: orders@smithhonig.com.
Order a Sample
To make sure you'll love your wallpaper or fabric order, please order a sample prior to placing your full order. Once cut fabric yardage leaves our studio, it is not returnable. Opened wallpaper rolls are also not returnable. Wallpaper sample packs can be ordered here. Any discontinued or final sale items will be clearly marked.
SmithHönig products are crafted by hand or in small print runs and are both luxurious and durable. Our exclusive upholstery fabric tests for 30,000 double rubs and our hand-sewn patterned pillows meet 80,000 double rub testing, which means they'll stand up to daily use for years to come. We also offer the most luxurious, cruelty-free down alternative inserts on the market.
Why Made to Order?
We believe in producing less and making only items that are special and unique. We hold minimal stock and often start making your custom pillows only when you order. Plus they're always made by hand. (When we learned that many brands actually burn leftover inventory we knew we wanted to do things differently!)

So do workers. We work with talented seamstresses that we know by name. We source locally and regionally with small and medium-sized businesses who are committed to fair wages and good business practices. We keep every process as close to our own studio as possible, to ensure quality and reduce our carbon footprint.

We offer luxurious pillows and pillow inserts - and because we love animals - they're also 100% cruelty-free. Our down alternative pillows are silky, weighty and can stand up to a designer karate chop with couture style.
