If for some reason your product is unsatisfactory, we will issue a refund, as long as you return your product in its original condition, postmarked back to us within 15 days of receipt.
Complete the Return Form (click here) and include it in your return packaging. Returns postmarked within 15 to 30 days after receipt of purchase are eligible for store credit only.

We’re a small team of eight creative, hardworking people who help SmithHönig founders Kellie Smith and Melanie Hönig realize their maximalist, boho luxe vision. We’re housed in a 10,000 square foot design studio – a light- and color-filled former hotel that once served as a Civil War hospital.
Some SmithHönig products are crafted by hand in our on-site production room. Some are made in North Carolina, South Carolina and at small plants in other parts of the United States. A few are handmade by Bedouin women in the Negev Desert and other regional craftspeople and tribespeople. Still others are one-of-a-kind and limited edition items collected from around the world on SmithHönig buying trips.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
SmithHönig is happy to offer a flat-fee shipping rate of $9.99 on all online orders. Orders are shipped through UPS Ground service. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has shipped. For rush deliveries, please contact customer service prior to ordering. Email: email@example.com.
Most in-stock items are processed and ready to ship within 3-4 business days. Some items, including custom-made items, will take longer to process. We don’t ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.Shipping usually takes less than 5 days, once the product leaves the warehouse. Items sent directly from our hand-selected collection of suppliers may take a little longer to arrive.
We will do everything we can to make sure you get your items as quickly as possible. Of course, we can’t be responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather and/or other carrier interruptions.
