These pieces are molded using a mold called \"biscuit\". Then the formed pieces undergo firing in a kiln at 1050 degrees for 9-10 hours, followed by a day of drying. Once dried, they are meticulously sponged by hand to achieve a smooth surface. After another day of drying, each piece is carefully hand-painted and glazed. They are then fired again in a kiln, this time at 1030 degrees for 9 hours.
