SmithHönig offers free shipping on online orders shipping to the Continental United States. Orders are shipped through UPS Ground service or the US Postal Service. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has shipped. For rush deliveries, please contact our team prior to ordering.

Currently we ship within the United States, including Puerto Rico. However - if you've fallen in love with one of our unique products, but need to it shipped to an address outside of the Continental United States, please contact us and we will accommodate you, if we can!

Most in-stock items are processed and ready to ship within 3-4 business days. Some items, including custom-made items, will take longer to process. Shipping days are Monday through Friday. Shipping usually takes less than 5 days, once the product leaves the warehouse. Items sent directly from our hand-selected collection of suppliers may take a little longer to arrive.

We will do everything we can to make sure you get your items as quickly as possible. Of course, we can’t be responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather and/or other carrier interruptions.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If for some reason your product is not satisfactory, we’ll issue a refund, as long as you return your product in its original condition, and contact us within 15 days of receipt.

Please note that once cut fabric yardage leaves our studio, it is not returnable. We’d love to send you a sample for review prior to placing your order. Wallpaper rolls are not returnable. Please consider ordering a wallpaper sample pack.
