Color, pattern, history, humor - it's everything we love wrapped up in a gorgeous Airbnb - and yes, you can rent it! Mindful of the historic elements we wanted to preserve - and with the addition of SmithHönig pillows, fabric, art and more - this vintage space has become an unexpectedly chic and peaceful retreat. Who says farmhouses have to be neutral? Who says you can't go big and bold?

Our colorful Ravenswood fabric and Marmalade fringe trim set the tone on a custom-built Moroccan daybed stacked with layers of pillows.

In the downstairs bedroom, we used our exclusive Bakuba Lodge fabric on the headboard. (You can easily recreate the look with fabric and a staple gun!) Fringe, velvet and cowrie shell tassels - along with antique dressers and a mid-century mod hand chair - add to the bohemian vibe.

One fun surprise of the upstairs bedroom suite is the secret book nook, piled high with pillows and Eastern carpets. There's a tea table, a reading light - and of course, loads of books.
