Step 1 – Influencer Recommendation Form
This is the first step. Once this form is completed, you’ll receive an email letting you know we’ve received your recommendation. If approved, you’ll receive an email about that, too. You can move on to the next steps as soon as the influencer you’ve recommended has been approved.

For approved influencers with fees, let them know to send invoices to email@example.com.
Step 2 – Getting to Know You
This is the second step in the Influencer Intake process. This can be sent directly the influencer and allows us to learn a bit more about them in their own words.

The following steps in the process can be completed by UV. There’s no need to wait for the influencer to complete the Getting to Know You Form.
Step 3 – Influencer Agreement
This forms gives us the information that used to be gathered in Steps 3 and 4 (Product Placement Agreement and Social Media Agreement).

Step 4 – Pre-Order Product Information
This form is used to request specific products on behalf of the influencer. If fabric or wallpaper are part of this request, please don’t complete this form until confirming quantity with SmithHönig.
